The ICM-20602 is a high-performance 6-axis IMU from TDK InvenSense, featuring a 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer in an ultra-compact QFN-16 package (3×3mm). It supports SPI at up to 10 MHz and provides gyroscope output rates up to 32.768 kHz — enabling extreme gyro loop frequencies in Betaflight F7/H7 targets.
The ICM-20602 is the successor to the MPU-6000/6500 series and is featured in premium F7 and H7 Betaflight flight controllers, including the Kakute F7, Holybro Kakute H7 AIO, and many others. Its low noise floor and high sample rate make it ideal for aggressive FPV racing applications.
